Care Instructions
To help get the most out of your bracelets, here are some tips to keep them shiny and lustrous for longer:
1.) Avoid contact with water and moisture for plated bracelets. We recommend removing bracelets before showering and swimming.
2.) Avoid contact with cosmetics such as perfumes, makeup and lotions. Chemicals in these products will damage plating.
3.) We recommend removing bracelets before exercising and sleeping to avoid the risk of having them caught and snapping.
Delivery & Returns
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business day after payment in cleared funds. Please refer to our shipping info page for rates.
For the slight chance that you may not be happy with your order, we are happy to accept exchange for item of equal value (or store credit) within 20 days of purchase. Please note, we do *not* accept returns on earrings and piercings due to hygiene reasons.
