Are walk-ins available?
Our showroom is open to walk-ins during the gifting season for in-store shopping. We are here to help you find the perfect gifts.
Our piercing lab (opening early 2023) operate on an appointment only basis. Please make an appointment with us online.
Do the prices include the piercing jewellery?
No, the prices indicated are for the piercing service only. This includes a preliminary consultation, deep cleaning of tools and lab before and after each appointment and aftercare instructions. The price of the piercing jewellery is dependent on the piece you choose.
What are the age restrictions?
If you are attending the appointment by yourself, the minimum age for our piercing services is 16 years old. Please bring a valid form of ID (passport, drivers license or 18+ card) with you.
For people between the ages of 12-16, we will require permission and consent from your legal guardian for our piercing services.
We currently do not offer services to people under the age of 12.
What are other piercing restrictions?
We are unable to provide you with piercing services if the following apply:
1. If you are pregnant of breastfeeding
2. If you are intoxicated during your visit
3. You are currently on blood thinning medication
4. If you have any health conditions that might affect you during the piercing process.
What piercings can I get?
We are currently offering ear piercings. This includes tragus, helix, forward helix, lobes, flats, snug and conch piercings.
What piercings should I get?
Our lab offers a styling service which includes comprehensive advice from our team to help you achieve your ultimate ear goals. For first piercings we generally recommend sticking to ball backs and posts for comfort and faster healing.
Can you pierce me with my own jewellery or something I previously bought from stacylynimages?
Due to hygiene reason, we only pierce with new jewellery that are sterilized and stored in our studio to ensure it is uncontaminated. Click here to explore our piercing lab collection.
Can I get more than one piercing per session?
We can accommodate up to 3 piercings per appointment. We do not recommend exceeding this limit per session to ensure your ears heal properly.
What material do you pierce with?
We only pierce with solid gold and titanium bars to minimise the chance of an allergic reaction and infection. Your can see our piercing lab jewellery collection here.
Can I get pierced with hoops?
No, we recommend hoops only for fully healed piercings. We offer a piercing swap service for all healed piercings.
When can I swap out my piercing jewellery?
Piercings generally take 3-6 months to heal depending on the location. Please ask our staff for their advice if you're thinking about swapping out your piercings.
